The First Locally Developed Clear Aligner in the Maldives
Master Dental Care has officially launched AlignMaster, marking a historic milestone as the very first orthodontic clear aligner system developed and produced entirely in the Maldives. The launch event took place on Thursday, 8th October 2026, at the state-of-the-art Dental Studio in Hulhumalé.
A Breakthrough in Maldivian Orthodontic Care
For years, patients seeking clear aligners in the Maldives had to rely on imported brands, enduring long waiting periods while aligners were manufactured and shipped from overseas. AlignMaster changes everything.
By bringing production home to Master Dental Care’s specialized in-house dental laboratory, AlignMaster blends clinical specialist expertise with cutting-edge dental technology. Our facility is fully equipped with advanced digital workflow machinery, including:
Precision Intraoral Scanners: Replacing messy traditional impressions with fast, comfortable 3D digital mapping.
Specialized Digital Planning Software: Custom-designing every stage of your smile alignment with exact accuracy.
High-Precision Heat-Pressing Machinery: Fabricating durable, ultra-clear aligners engineered for maximum everyday comfort.
Why Choose AlignMaster?
Because AlignMaster is produced locally, you no longer have to wait weeks or months to receive your trays or replacement aligners. You get rapid start times and seamless adjustments right here in the Maldives.
Your safety and satisfaction come first. AlignMaster treatments are planned and monitored by experienced orthodontists working alongside skilled dental technicians. Every patient undergoes a thorough specialist assessment to ensure clear aligner therapy is the right choice for their unique needs.
By eliminating international shipping costs and third-party import markups, AlignMaster makes orthodontic treatment more accessible and affordable for families across the nation.
Celebrating 15 Years of Dental Innovation
The launch of AlignMaster coincides with Master Dental Care’s 15th anniversary of dental excellence. From introducing the Maldives’ first dental lasers and 3D CBCT imaging to operating the nation’s premier CAD/CAM lab, Master Dental Care continues to lead the region in modern dentistry.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Ahmed Saleem, Managing Director of Master Dental Care, shared his vision:
"The primary objective behind the development of AlignMaster is to provide patients seeking clear-aligner treatment with faster access, greater convenience and a more affordable option. The introduction of AlignMaster is a significant milestone in our 15-year journey and demonstrates our continued commitment to investing in technology and advancing modern dental care in the Maldives. As the Maldives’ first Smile Architect, I am proud to introduce AlignMaster as a locally developed brand—Transforming Smiles, Right Here in the Maldives."
